Job Description

Our client is one of the global ship spares and service solution provider.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements.
  • Design, implement, and oversee performance evaluation systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage all work pass application in compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and sensitivity.
  • Supervise and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and coaching for their professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll management, performance evaluation systems, and visa/work pass administration.
  • Multilingual ability (English, Chinese, Korean or other languages) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a Korean company or with Korean stakeholders preferred.

  • Monthly Salary Range: SGD 8,000 (negotiable)
  • AWS, Allowances, and variable Bonus provided.
  • Working Location: Central Region
