Position Overview:
How I Care Pte Ltd (HIC) is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our Human Resource function, develop and implement people strategies and support the company's business growth and expansion.
Main responsibilities include driving talent management, promoting a positive culture and ensuring that applicable Human Resource initiatives align with company's corporate goals, mission and vision.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role with at least 3 - 5 years work experience, strong leadership skills and a strong ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Human Resource strategies that align with company's short and long-term business objectives.
- Lead all aspects of the Human Resource function, including selecting, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
- Partner with senior management to promote organisational culture and ensure employee engagement.
- Strengthen talent pipelines and support organisational growth through strategic talent management initiatives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor the Human Resource team (when applicable).
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Human Resource Manager or in a similar senior Human Resource role.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic Human Resource planning and execution.
- Strong comprehension of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Experience in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits is a plus.

Weekdays between 09:00 and 17:30 hours
