Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Review and propose competitive compensation, benefits, and career development frameworks aligned with market trends to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and programs are consistently administered in compliance with the Employment Act and aligned with company goals and professional standards.
- Lead and oversee performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Identify departmental training needs and drive the development and implementation of the company's Training & Development plans.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Oversee employee welfare and HR administration matters, including leave management, medical benefits, and related processes.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's talent attraction strategy.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and fair work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Preferably with experience in the Construction or Engineering industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Proven ability to build and manage effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- People-oriented, results-driven, with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

- Working location: Company Headquarters, at 19 Kian Teck Road (off Upper Jurong Road)
Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's relevant industry experience and qualifications.
