Act as HR Business Partner to various BUs and countries. Provide solutions and advise on a wide range of both strategic and day-to-day HR matters.
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on recruitment.
Serve as HR interface with the Hong Kong Headquarters and the region's employees with regard to daily HR operations and issues
Handle the full employee life cycle, such as recruitment & selection, onboarding arrangement, HR filing and records, communicating and disseminating HR policies, performance management, training & development, employee relations and exit interview, etc.
Participate in various HR projects on Employer Branding, Talent Management, Process Optimization, Market Research, Graduate Trainee Recruitment, etc.
Maintain system records, reports, organization charts and logs.
Ensure compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
More than 10 years of HR experience. Preference will be given to those with work background and experience in Chinese-funded Enterprises
Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and willing to meet people from all levels
Hand-on experience in MS Office and detail-minded
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese as this position need to closely liase with various parties internally and externally
