Senior Human Resources Manager

Senior HR Manager Regional, up to $13,000 x 12 months + 1 month VB

Charterhouse, Singapore are supporting a small regional MNC in their search for a new Senior HR Manager to support Singapore and the region for a headcount of around 40.

Reporting to the CHRO and CEO, this role will be an integral part of the senior management team.

Based in the CBD, this role is a replacement and will need an experienced and forward-thinking HR leader who is able to be very hands of yet drive the HR strategy effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end HR activities and overall HR strategy
• Lead full spectrum talent acquisition activities
• Manage compensation and benefits
• Lead talent management, development and engagement activities
• Manage employee relations and ensure that cases are managed through to resolution
• Review and update compliance relating to MOM and employee handbook
• Undertake all end-to-end HR Admin and operations
• Provide business partnering support to the leadership team
• Lead and manage cultural and engagement activities
• All other HR tasks as needed

Attributes

• At least 10 years of hands on and strategic HR experience from a mix of MNC and SME set up
• Experience of supporting diverse workforces in an MNC setting
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Hands on and flexible HR leader with strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
