Key Responsibilities
1. Administration Management
o Oversee all administrative functions, including the management and coordination of new office renovation/fit-out, liaison with property management, and office maintenance.
o Handle government-related surveys, registrations, and compliance matters.
o Ensure smooth daily office operations and a productive work environment.
2. HR Process & System Development
o Optimize and streamline the recruitment process, and lead the implementation/improvement of the HR system.
o Manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions: resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
o Oversee Employment Pass (EP) applications and renewals, and serve as the main point of contact with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and other labor authorities.
3. Budget & Cost Control
o Prepare and manage the annual Administration & HR budget.
o Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial efficiency across both functions.
4. Global & Regional Coordination
o Act as the key liaison between the local office and Group HQ / overseas regional offices.
o Ensure alignment with global policies and procedures while adapting to local requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
. Minimum 8 years of experience in Administration and HR, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing environment.
. Proven experience in office setup/relocation, recruitment, and HR system implementation.
. Strong knowledge of local labor laws, EP processes, and MOM regulations .
. Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in budgeting and vendor management.
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
