Role Description

This full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role is based in Singapore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes, as well as design and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives. Responsibilities include managing payroll, crafting policies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, facilitating training programs, and supporting employee well-being to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
• Knowledge in HR policies, compliance, and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, payroll systems, and data management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that improve workplace efficiency
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM or CIPD) is a plus
