We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Human Resources to join our team!

As an Assistant Manager, Human Resources we rely on you to:

  • Provide Human Resources business partnering for a Resort and Attraction (2 entities)
  • Perform talent acquisitions and coordinate recruitment and selection
  • Work closely with outsource payroll vendor for monthly payroll processing
  • Manage and maintain payroll information to ensure timely, compliant and accurate payroll payment including v alidatation of overtime calculations and any other allowances or incentives to be paid accurately
  • Process and validate payroll information pertaining to new joiners, leaver, casuals etc. including calculation, payment and settlement of wage-related fees according to local legislation and company policies
  • Ability to build and promote employee engagement activities
  • Handles employees enquiries

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Preferably possesses relevant experience in payroll, admiinstrative, functions and processes for all employees include casual and contractors
  • Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws pertaining to payroll and wage assessments
  • Has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Understanding of human resources payroll processes and procedures
  • Knowledgeable in generating and consolidating payroll reports and experience in calculations of FTE
  • Experiences in human resources operations and relevant experience as Human Resources Business Partner
