As a HR Manager in Medical portfolio, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer to on-boarding of new staff members for the Medical group;
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations and services for the Medical team;
- Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies, procedures, legislation, manpower planning relating to the Medical team;
- Collaborate with the Department leads to identify the manpower requirements (both specialists and non-specialists) and formulate proactive resourcing strategies in driving and delivering the hiring plans to meet the medical manpower demands;
- Provide supervision and coaching to the junior executives in the team to ensure the effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes and services;
- Keep abreast and work progressively on the human resource related policies, make recommendations to ensure that they are relevant and in compliance with the regulatory requirements and are up-to-date with the healthcare climate changes;
- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering with proven record in talent acquisition.
