Responsibilities:
Senior Executives Management
- Coordinate the annual Performance Management and Management Development Review exercises.
- Administer and monitor employees benefits and entitlements, including executive health screening and health insurance.
- Prepare employment and consultancy contracts, as well as HR-related documents for senior executives.
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date filing system for personnel records and other confidential documents.
Payroll
- Liaise with the payroll vendor and manage the full payroll cycle independently for locally based senior executives, including preparation of fund requests and budget submissions.
- Coordinate with the payroll vendor on consultancy payments, both local and overseas.
- Attend to external auditors queries related to payroll matters.
HR Operations
- Provide the full spectrum of HR support and services to the assigned Business Unit(s).
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HRexperience.
- Independent, meticulous, and able to work well under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage management and handle confidential matters with discretion.
