About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

Coordinate interview communication with candidates.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Support employee engagement activities and events.

Administrative Responsibilities

Support day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Able to speak and communicate effectively in Mandarin (written and verbal) as you are required to work closely with our Chinese counterparts.
