Rockwell Automation is growing in Singapore, and we're looking forpassionate HR Interns to help shape the future of our workforce. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners to shape employee experiences, support strategic workforce initiatives, and get hands-on exposure across the full HR spectrum. Your Impact

  • Turn data into insights: Analyze workforce trends to support strategic HR planning - from succession planning for senior workers to foreign workforce management and talent performance reporting.
  • Shape better workplaces: Review and refresh HR policies and processes, and help maintain an organized, employee friendly HR policy library.
  • Create memorable first impressions: Support New Hire Orientation, plan fun icebreaking sessions, and ensure onboarding checklists are completed smoothly.
  • Be the bridge between HR and our vendors: Coordinate with external partners for employee benefits and help execute our corporate benefits plan.
  • Bring culture to life: Support employee engagement events such as All Employee Meetings, festive celebrations and GPTW celebrations.
  • Enable leadership development: Assist in planning and coordinating F2F manager training programs.
  • Support employee retention: Compile and analyze exit interview data to help HRBPs identify insights and strengthen retention strategies.
  • Keep our organization aligned: Maintain and update business org charts in Workday for leaders to have accurate, real-time structures.
  • Be our creative partner: Prepare materials, decks, and content for news letters and HR communications.
  • Grow across HR: Jump in to support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • We welcome Diploma, or Degree holders to apply.
  • A passion for HR and employee relations.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
