HR Intern - Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee administration, onboarding/offboarding processes, leave management, and HR events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, managing job portals, screening applications, and scheduling in-person or virtual interviews.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination.
  • Manage leave administration through the company's cloud-based HR portal.
  • Assist in organizing HR events such as recruitment roadshows, career fairs, and exhibitions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable using digital systems and online platforms.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
