Job Description

We are seeking a Senior/ Associate Executive to provide comprehensive operational support for our residency programme. This role involves coordinating logistics for residency events, managing documentation and supporting educational initiatives.

You will handle administrative tasks including event coordination, venue booking, catering arrangements and meeting preparation. The role requires liaising with both internal and external parties, maintaining resident records and documentation, performing data entry, and assisting with financial reporting and audits. You will also support educational projects and may cross-train across different programmes as part of professional development.

You will be working in a dynamic environment supporting medical education whilst contributing to the smooth operation of residency programmes.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Prior work experience in a healthcare setting or training environment would be advantageous
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
