Human Resources Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

HR Generalist Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, fostering a positive and open workplace culture.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee P-files and HR databases.
  • Assist management in performance appraisal exercises, employee engagement initiatives and any other ad-hoc HR initiatives and activities.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: drafting job descriptions, posting on job portals, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, SP, EP) via MOM's EP Online/WPOL.
  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive onboarding for new hires to ensure they hit the ground running, as well as handle offboarding procedures.

Payroll & Administration (via Infotech)

  • Manage and process monthly end-to-end payroll accurately and on time using the Infotech HR system.
  • Handle all statutory deductions and submissions, including CPF, CDAC/SINDA/MENDAKI, and timely IRAS (IR8A) tax submissions.
  • Administer and track employee leave, attendance, and expense claims within Infotech.
  • Manage government claim submissions (e.g., NS makeup pay, maternity/paternity leave claims, child care leave).

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a HR Executive or similar role in Singapore.
  • Diploma or degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
  • This role requires a highly meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented individual with an outgoing personality.
