Daily monitoring of workers movement (Skyfy / Pay Advisor)
Monthly payroll processing for foreign workers (below 40 pax)
Prepare monthly workers movement reports
Verify monthly expenses, claims, allowances and overtime
Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation and follow-up
Assist in recruitment process and coordination
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations
Manage full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
Maintain and update employee personal records (training, education, company assets)
Update Job Descriptions and CVs to reflect actual duties
Maintain HR reports and documentation
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Apply training courses and relevant grants
Perform other HR and general administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or related field
At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to work independently and multitask effectively
Proactive with good initiative
