. Serve as a main contact for primary escalation and contact point on HR related matters.
. Handle recruitment cycle including placement of job advertisements, screening, arranging
interviews and making employment offers.
. Manage all work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
. Responsible for on-boarding of new employees and off-boarding of resigned employees.
. Work closely with payroll personnel to process monthly payroll and manage statutory
submission.
. Prepare all HR letters including but not limited to letter of appointment, warning, increment
and promotion.
. Manage WICA claims including report preparation, MOM submission and notifying insurance
broker.
. Liase with relevant Government agencies on statistical surveys, relevant fundings and leave
claims.
. Maintain, update all HR administrative records and process employee medical
reimbursement.
. Compile and submit income tax returns IR8A and IR21 for foreign employees.
. Assist in performance review process including preparing appraisal, notifying stakeholders
and consolidating performance reports.
. Performance any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
