The HR Executive will support the full range of HR functions in an international school environment, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance. Key duties include:
- Recruitment & Onboarding - Handle hiring of academic and non-academic staff (local and international), prepare contracts, process work passes, and organize onboarding.
- HR Administration - Maintain staff records, contracts, leave, and HR databases track renewals and visa expiries.
- Employee Relations - Support staff welfare, engagement activities, and act as point of contact for employee matters.
- Compliance & Policies - Ensure HR practices meet local labor laws, school policies, and child safeguarding standards.
- Training & Development - Coordinate staff training, workshops, and professional development records.
- International Staff Support - Assist expatriate staff with relocation, housing, visas, and cultural integration.
