Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding
- Support the recruitment process by arranging interviews, administering written assessments, and following up with candidates for required documention.
- Respond to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders regarding the recruitment process or general HR-related matters.
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring completion of exit checklists and clearance procedures.
- Assist in tracking employment contracts and coordinating the completion of required tests.
- Contribute to the preparation and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or HR-related processes.
Event Management and Design of Publicity Materials
- Assist in designing internal communications materials such as EDMs and posters using Canva and other graphic design tools to promote Ministry initiatives and programmes.
- Provide support for event planning and logistics, including Ministry events such as the National Day Investiture Ceremony.
- Assist in procurement processes and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and timely event execution.
Other Duties
- Undertake any other ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the team
Requirement:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior HR experience is an advantage internships welcome.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office knowledge of HR systems or Canva a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks.
