Job Description
Human Resource Executive (1 year of payroll experience needed)
- Exciting career to be a HR Generalist in a global US MNC (electronic component manufacturing
- Salary Commensurate with experience
This role works closely with Location Managers, Country HR teams, and the HR Business Partner to ensure effective execution of HR programs, policies, and processes in line with business needs and Head Office guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Business
- Support Managers and Country HR teams in HR strategies
- Support manpower planning reviews
HR Administration & Reporting
- Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, workforce metrics)
- Assist in CSR audits preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions
- Help monitor workplace health, safety, and compliance matters
Payroll
- Payroll - Take on SG payroll and Payroll verification of other countries
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required
- Diploma holders with strong HR experience may be considered
