Provide comprehensive HR support, managing the entire employee lifecycle including hiring, transfers, promotions, talent development, leaves and termination processes.
Prepare, process, and maintain all personnel records, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations and employee classifications in digital and physical formats.
Handle all documentation and processes for Work Pass applications and renewals (e.g., EP, S Pass), ensuring smooth management of our foreign talent pool.
Administer workplace insurance matters and manage all WICA-related documentation and processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, clearly explaining company policies, benefits and procedures. Handle grievances and conflict resolution professionally and timely.
Process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, overtime, allowances and other payroll components.
Perform additional administrative duties, including arranging air travel and coordinating course registrations for employees.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably within the Construction (CMP) industry or a related sector.
Proficient in using HRMS platforms for payroll processing, attendance tracking and employee data management (e.g., Info-Tech, Carbonate).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
