- This is a 12 month contract INITIALLY - there is a very strong chance that the contract could extend further.
- An immediate start is highly preferred for this role.

- Is an office based role, 5 days in the office, based in Tuas.
- Work hours are 8am to 4.30pm each day.
HR Excellence activities and tasks include but is not limited to:
- Provide and execute professional HR services/ co-ordinate and administration of various HR processes relating to onboarding/ offboarding and contract management / employee data changes in support of employees lifecycle journey including payroll management for the organisation across the region except India;
- Data processing, execute onboarding/offboarding & contract management.
- Support, execute, implement and contribute towards the company/units strategic projects, initiatives and business transformations
- Support in the review of key HR vendors if any/ review and propose gaps improvements / recommendations in consultation with HR Specialists.
- Key deliverables include supporting clearance of documentation backlogs within agreed schedule, support checking of data integrity within agreed timeline and supporting other processes within the processing timeline such as on-boarding, off-boarding, payroll processing activities.
- Any other HR Excellence activities/tasks that may be assigned by the Head of HR APAC, HRBP, HR Specialist and HR Generalist from time to time.
- To fulfil the above, the resource should possess the following skills/competence:
- 5+ years of experience in relevant functions. University level degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR background who can provide ground work advice / operational support to the HR team.
- Strong organisational skills in documentation, process, etc.
