HR Executive Construction
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & On/Offboarding
Manage recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding of new staff and foreign workers.
Ensure proper documentation, work pass applications, and orientation processes.
Oversee offboarding processes including final settlements and exit documentation.
Workforce Coordination
Manage daily staff/worker movement, deployment, re-assignment, and support operational manpower needs across projects.
Review, renew, and coordinate workers CoreTrade, CSOC, RES/REO certifications to ensure compliance.
Payroll & Attendance Support
Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, overtime, and offboarding.
Benefits, Training & Performance
Administer medical benefits (PCP) and support staff/worker queries.
Track training programs, certifications, and support performance appraisal exercises.
Manage insurance renewals and submit WICA or medical claims where necessary.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain HR records and databases.
Support statutory reporting, work pass renewals, and official HR documentation.
Support dormitory rental agreement/season parking administration and housing coordination.
Employee Engagement
Support company events and staff/worker recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
Other Duties
Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
23 years of HR experience (construction industry preferred).
Knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass processes.
Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
