Human Resources & Admin Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable handling both strategic HR matters and day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
. Manage full-cycle recruitment process (job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, background checks, preparation of employment contracts)
. Handle Work Pass applications, issuance, renewals and cancellations (including MOM submissions, foreign worker bonds, PCP matters, etc.)
. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes (orientation, documentation, exit clearance, handover)
. Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, tax clearance, and employee reimbursements
. Prepare yearly IR8A submissions for current and former employees
. Administer government claims and statutory submissions
. Maintain accurate employee records, leave tracking, benefits administration, and timesheets
. Manage staff insurance matters, medical claims, and work injury compensation (including foreign workers)
. Maintain proper records of company assets, tools, and PPE
. Review and update company policies and Employee Handbook
. Support annual performance review process
. Prepare HR-related documentation (confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus letters, etc.)
. Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters and local employment practices
. Support HR-related documentation and processes for ISO certification

Administrative Support
. Handle HR-related documentation and filing
. Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities
. Manage office supplies, pantry replenishment, and general office administration
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
. Minimum 2 years of HR experience (experience handling foreign workers in construction industry preferred)
. Familiar with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements
. Experience in payroll processing and HR administration
. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and foreign workers)
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
. Strong organizational and time management skills
. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
