Job Description

As a HR Director , you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Managed all core human resource functions, including talent acquisition, strategic planning, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Aligned HR initiatives with business objectives by advising leadership teams and driving initiatives to enhance productivity and workplace culture.
  • Developed human capital strategies to support organisational growth and achieve business goals.
  • Designed and implemented recruitment and retention strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
  • Provided performance management support to managers through coaching, counselling, career development planning, and disciplinary management where necessary.
  • Collaborated closely with management and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Provided guidance and interpretation on HR policies and practices.
  • Partnered with Department Heads and Senior Management to optimise workforce planning and strengthen organisational capabilities to drive higher performance standards.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in full spectrum HR duties.
