Job Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of business strategy, priorities, and challenges; proactively assess organizational health, identify gaps across structure, talent, and culture, and provide actionable, high-impact recommendations to business leaders.
  • Partner with business units on organizational design and optimization to enhance effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives, including key role reviews, succession planning, pipeline building, and high-potential talent development.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between business teams and HR Centers of Excellence, ensuring effective rollout and adoption of HR policies, programs, and systems.
  • Guide leaders in setting clear and ambitious goals, drive effective performance management cycles, and design or refine incentive mechanisms aligned with business priorities to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Champion employee experience by proactively identifying and resolving issues, fostering a positive and high-trust employee relations environment.
  • Leverage data and analytics to provide insights and reporting that support informed decision-making and continuous organizational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role. Experience supporting commercial teams or within the financial services industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business models and translate challenges into practical, high-impact HR solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, define solutions, and drive execution independently.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; able to build credibility with leaders at all levels, navigate diverse management styles, and facilitate candid, outcome-oriented discussions.
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
