Job Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business team's strategy, challenges, and opportunities. Proactively assess organizational health, identify key issues related to organization, talent, and culture, and provide impactful recommendations and solutions to business leaders.
  • Support business units in organizational design and optimization to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead workforce planning, conduct talent reviews for key positions, build talent pipelines, and drive high-potential talent development programs.
  • Act as a bridge between the business team and the HR Center of Excellence to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, systems, and processes.
  • Guide business teams in setting clear and challenging goals, ensure effective execution of the performance management cycle, and design or optimize incentive programs based on the team's business characteristics to motivate and energize the workforce.
  • Focus on employee experience, proactively identify and resolve employee concerns, and foster positive employee relations.
  • Monitor team dynamics and employee sentiment, establish effective communication channels, and strengthen team cohesion and sense of belonging through proactive employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
  • Provide data analysis and HR reporting to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years of proven HRBP experience. Experience supporting commercial team or within the financial industry is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of various HR functions, with hands-on experience in workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to quickly learn and understand complex business logic and translate business challenges into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to identify, define, and solve problems independently, and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and influencing skills; able to build trust with leaders at different levels and with diverse management styles, engage in candid and in-depth discussions, and effectively drive decision-making.
  • High sense of ownership and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving business environment.
