Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with clinic leaders, doctors, and corporate departments to support the people strategy of the organisation. The role provides HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, regulatory requirements, and service standards within the healthcare environment.

The HRBP partners with business units to strengthen workforce capability, support employee engagement, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across clinics and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned clinics, departments, or centres.
  • Partner with clinic leaders and management to address workforce planning, organisational needs, and people-related matters.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employment practices, and employee relations matters.

Employee Relations

  • Support the management of employee relations matters including workplace concerns, disciplinary issues, and performance management.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and employment legislation.
  • Facilitate resolution of workplace issues through appropriate consultation and documentation.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment activities, including manpower planning and role requirements.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and provide HR perspectives on hiring decisions.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into clinics and departments.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Support the implementation of the organisation's performance management framework.
  • Work with managers to address performance concerns and development needs.
  • Contribute to talent development and succession planning initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR processes are implemented consistently across clinics and departments.
  • Support compliance with employment regulations, healthcare regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of HR matters and ensure adherence to governance standards.

Employee Engagement

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and staff communication activities.
  • Work with management to identify opportunities to strengthen workplace culture and staff morale.

HR Projects

  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects, including policy reviews, HR systems improvements, and organisational development programmes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with exposure to HR business partnering or employee relations.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across operational environments.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinics, or service-based industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders including doctors and department heads.
