Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies and supporting the company's continued growth. This position serves as both a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a strong advocate for employees. The successful candidate will drive key HR initiatives, guide organizational change, and ensure the workforce is equipped and supported to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior management as a strategic HR advisor, offering guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and support organizational change efforts to enable business growth and transformation.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify capability gaps and drive initiatives such as recruitment strategies, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Provide coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, employment regulations, performance matters, and workplace issues.
  • Design and roll out HR initiatives aimed at strengthening culture, improving performance, and enhancing employee experience.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Partner with specialized HR teams (C&B, L&D, etc.) to implement programs aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Interpret HR data and trends, preparing insights and recommendations to support decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HRBP capacity within a fastpaced or evolving environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR frameworks, employment laws, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflictresolution skills.
  • Proven track record in driving organizational change and development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate and resolve complex HR challenges.
