We operate across the entire healthcare value chain from primary care, telemedicine, diagnostics, ambulatory and specialty care, to tertiary care, training, and corporate health administration.
As we continue to expand, one of our specialist groups is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join the team. This individual will oversee the full employee life cycle while balancing day-to-day HR operations with the execution of country- and business-entity-level HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure cultural fit.
- Lead onboarding programmes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
2. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Administer employee benefits programmes (medical, insurance, leave policies).
- Partner with Country HR on salary reviews, bonus cycles, and market benchmarking.
3. Performance & Development
- Support performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews).
- Work with business leaders to identify training needs and drive employee development initiatives.
- Maintain records of training, development, and succession planning.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Drive employee communication, ensuring clear, timely, and professional messaging.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Country values.
5. HR Transformation & Digitalisation
- Lead and support HR transformation initiatives, with a focus on digitising HR processes.
- Champion the adoption and effective use of Workday for HR operations (including data management, performance, payroll, recruitment, and employee self-service).
- Drive change management and employee adoption of new digital workflows.
6. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and disciplinary cases.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore labour regulations.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and audit readiness.
7. Strategic HR Support
- Translate Country HR strategies into actionable plans for the business entity.
- Partner with leadership to drive organisational change and workforce initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights (headcount reports, attrition trends, HR dashboards) to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 68 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong hands-on experience in talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, and employee communications.
- Proven experience in Workday HRIS implementation, adoption, or administration preferred.
- Proven ability to balance operational excellence with strategic HR delivery.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in healthcare or service industry preferred but not mandatory.
