Our client (MNC) is a deep-tech scale-up in Singapore working on silicon photonics fast-growing, real product roadmap, and an expanding Singapore HQ. For HR folks, this is a rare chance to build HR frameworks from the ground up in a company that's scaling and hiring across engineering, operations, finance, and R&D.
- Partner with hiring to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
- Provide HR consultancy to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Oversee, coach, and monitor the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team to ensure consistent, high-quality recruitment delivery.
- Handle HR administrative matters such as preparing employment agreements, confirmation letters, and certificates; updating HR policies and related documents.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Coordinate and deliver local training sessions and employee development programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team identify and drive process enhancements.
- Possess a sound understanding of payroll processes (not required to process payroll, but able to understand payroll components and workflows).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
