- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations, tax clearance etc
- Prepare payroll-related reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by the management
- Support line managers in dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues
- Provide HR support in recruitment from sourcing to placement, drafting of the job advertisement and facilitate interviews and follow-up to identify suitable candidates
- Provide office administrative support
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 2 years HR experience
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office
- Positive attitude, proactive, and a good team player
- Conversant with Infotech System (payroll and e-leave module) will be an added advantage
. Able to start within short notice preferred.
