SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
HR officerof the JERA Asia (the Company), shall take on a role to plan and operate some of HR functions under the direction of supervisor to support HR Team to contribute to achieve the mission and vision of JERA Group, to realize its strategy and to drive the development of the Company from HR perspective.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
a. Operate expat's HR management including Work Visa application, onboarding, expense settlement of personnel cost, evaluation, worktime and leave management, operation of local benefit (e.g. Condominium), Singaporean tax clearance, and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
b. Plan and operate the benefit programs which includes the rule making of each program, event planning for culture learning program, budget control, and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
c. Being contact window between JERA HQ HR Department and JERA Asia HR team for HR related matter.
d. Collect HR data, visualize it using excel and Power BI and to provide them to HR team and the leaders in responsible for HR of their team in a timely manner and in comply with the Company's data management policy and law and regulations.
e. Assist in Payroll, welfare, tax, and social insurance related services such as monthly salary and bonus payment, operation and management of various welfare programs, income tax withholding, year-end adjustment and other related operations, management and application for various social insurances, etc.
f. Assist in recruiting operations including coordination with agents the hiring process, onboarding and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
g. Other ad-hoc tasks and support any other general administrative duties assigned by supervisor(s).
Required Skill:
1) Extensive knowledge of HR functions, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
2) Effective and excellent verbal, written communication in English and interpersonal skills
3) Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
4) Ability to multitask and function well in high-paced and at times stressful environment
5) Problem solving skill
6) Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 with the ability to learn new or updated software.
7) Experience in SAP accounting system will be an advantage
8) Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention in details, diligent, self-motivated with a positive working attitude
9) Proficiency in Japanese language is desirable to facilitate effective coordination and communication with counterparts and personnel at JERA in Japan.

3) Fully understand the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of works and strictly observe confidentiality.
Qualification:
1) University degree
2) Minumum 2 to 5 years of HR experience in general industry or Social and Labour related consultant office.
