Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing and procedures
  • Creating strategic HR plans
  • Recruitment of local core and foreign worker (S Pass and WP holder)
  • Administering compensation and benefits programs
  • Handling Payroll
  • S Pass and WP holder tax clearance (IR21)
  • Employees Training
  • HR related insurance programs
  • Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
  • Supporting the performance review process
  • Resolving conflict among employees
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws
  • Forecasting future staffing needs
  • Necessary reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum with a Diploma or a bachelor's degree in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
  • Certifications such as those offered by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in processing payroll, managing leave, and other general administrative functions.
  • Possess ability to train and develop employees.
  • Effectively bilingual with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in using IT application like MS office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint and knowledge of HR systems.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic in work.
