Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing and procedures
- Creating strategic HR plans
- Recruitment of local core and foreign worker (S Pass and WP holder)
- Administering compensation and benefits programs
- Handling Payroll
- S Pass and WP holder tax clearance (IR21)
- Employees Training
- HR related insurance programs
- Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
- Supporting the performance review process
- Resolving conflict among employees
- Ensuring compliance with local laws
- Forecasting future staffing needs
- Necessary reports
Requirements:
- Minimum with a Diploma or a bachelor's degree in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
- Certifications such as those offered by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of work experience in fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in processing payroll, managing leave, and other general administrative functions.
- Possess ability to train and develop employees.
- Effectively bilingual with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in using IT application like MS office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint and knowledge of HR systems.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic in work.
