- Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company;
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements;
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation;
- Prepare and submit IRAS IR21 and clearance;
- Manage day to -day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing hr related documents;
- Monitor daily attendance of stations gardeners on site;
- Arrange with Primary Care Plan (PCP) registration for new employees;
- Handling Work Injury reporting to MOM and processing its insurance claims;
- Handles & complies to mandatory government surveys;
- Manage day to day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR related documents;
- Arrange check-in and check-out of workers in the Dormitory;
- Prepare report payroll summary and Levy;
- Handle enquiries relating HR and ad hoc assignments as required;
- Details and result oriented with great coordination and organizational skills;
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor&aposs Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required. Able to work Monday&aposs to Saturday&aposs.
Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill.
