As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day operations and participate in HR projects that contribute to the overall initiatives of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Take part in the recruitment and selection process, including posting of job advertisements, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support.
- Supporting the HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Research, plan and coordinate staff activities/welfare programs
- Provide ad-hoc support to HR projects as assigned
Who are we looking for:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in tasks
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months
