We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to various HR functions in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You will support daily operations and contribute to ongoing HR projects that impact employee experience and organisational development.
Responsibility
- Employee Onboarding
- Support onboarding logistics including documentation and orientation scheduling.
- HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
- Assist with leave tracking, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
- HR Management System enhancement / IA chatbots
- Participate to our upgrading /transitioning phase with our ERP system in collaborating on the needs definition workshops, testing of the new features and communication
- Support the update and improvement our different Intranets - contents and features like the deployment of AskHR (IA/Chatbot tool).
- Employee Engagement
- Support internal communication initiatives and company events.
- Assist in preparing content for newsletters and HR campaigns.
- Data & Reporting
- Compile and analyse HR metrics for reporting purposes.
- Support audits and data validation exercises.
Profile
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and contribute.
