Winnergy Employment Agency is a newly established company backed by over 20 years of experience in the industry. We are a licensed maid agency and also provide manpower solutions for the service sector, sourcing candidates from neighbouring countries such as Vietnam and others.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Officer to join our team. The role involves managing manpower requirements, supporting client needs, and handling day-to-day operations of a maid agency. The officer will also assist in marketing efforts to promote our services and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate manpower requirements
• Handle client inquiries and provide customer support
• Assist in marketing campaigns and business development
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance records
• Support the agency's daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum local diploma certification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in employment/maid agency operations is an advantage
