Job Description

As a Human Resource Executive at Rise Bakehouse, you will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions across our outlets and central kitchen. You will work closely with the Management and Operations team to ensure smooth HR administration, employee engagement, compliance, and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, confirmation, transfers and offboarding.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave and payroll-related information.
  • Administer StaffAny and support outlet teams with scheduling and manpower-related matters.
  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation, salary adjustments, CPF, leave and other statutory requirements.
  • Monitor employee probation periods, performance reviews, salary adjustments and promotions.
  • Handle employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and company benefits.
  • Draft HR documents including employment letters, salary adjustment letters, memos, warnings and other correspondence.
  • Support the implementation of the Company's annual HR and culture calendar, including goal-setting, appraisals, bonuses, training and staff engagement activities.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programmes, including leadership development and career progression.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, company events and staff welfare activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
  • Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable Singapore employment legislation and company policies.
  • Work closely with Management and Outlet Supervisors to address employee performance, attendance, conduct and workplace matters.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Key Performance Expectations

  • Maintain accurate and timely HR records and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of payroll and HR processes.
  • Provide responsive and professional support to employees and Management.
  • Ensure probation, appraisal, salary review and HR milestones are followed up promptly.
  • Support effective recruitment and manpower planning across all outlets.
  • Maintain good employee communication and engagement.
  • Ensure HR policies and statutory requirements are properly implemented.
  • Demonstrate discretion, fairness, professionalism and confidentiality when handling employee matters.
