Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes. Ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Employee Relations: Handle HR inquiries and maintain a positive and respectful workplace. Mediate conflicts and resolve employee issues.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with the organization's values and mission.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design, and deliver training programs, and support staff development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, conduct regular evaluations, and guide managers and staff insetting performance goals.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensure equity and compliance, and manage employee payroll.
- HR Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and employment practices.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with good administrative and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently with minimalsupervision.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.
