Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end hiring for full-time, contract, and part-time roles
- Handle job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Support urgent hiring for events and project-based roles
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
Management Support
- Partner with management on manpower planning and priorities
- Support organizational changes and staffing adjustments
- Act as liaison between management and staff on HR matters
Office & People Operations
- Oversee daily office administration and basic HR processes
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and leave tracking
- Serve as first point of contact for staff operational queries
Part-Time & Payroll Support
- Manage part-timer scheduling, attendance, and payouts
- Prepare salary reports, claims, and allowance submissions to Finance
- Ensure payroll data accuracy and timeliness
Ad-hoc Support
- Support manpower coordination and logistics during events
- Assist with internal coordination, documentation, and admin tasks
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, operations, or office management
