- Collaborate with business units to manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Provide first-line guidance and support on HR and people-related matters.
- Assist in manpower planning and implement resourcing strategies to meet departmental requirements.
- Partner with department heads on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Review and optimise HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to HR projects and organisational initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, or generalist HR roles.
- Experience as an HR Generalist in a healthcare environment is an advantage.
