Human Resource Senior Executive (Healthcare Business Partner)

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation

• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to address HR matters and support workforce initiatives

• Assist in employee engagement, training coordination, and HR communications

• Prepare HR metrics and reports for management
• Provide HR support to assigned teams, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
• Support manpower planning, performance management, and HR programme implementation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
• 3 - 5 years of HR experience in business partnering, preferably in healthcare or related sectors

• Demonstrated experience in HR processes, employee relations, and HR systems

• Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills

• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently
