Manage full spectrum of HR functions (Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding)
Liaise with MOM, CPF Board and other statutory authorities
Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and labour regulations
Support payroll coordination and CPF submissions
Maintain employee records and HR reports
Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
Experience in work pass applications preferred
Knowledge of CPF, IR8A and AIS submission is an advantage
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
