About the Company

Depend Electronics is a global supplier and exporter of electronic components, specializing in CPUs, memory modules, PC/server peripherals, LCD panels, as well as active and passive electronic components. About the Role

Location: Singapore

Position: HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all human resources operations in Singapore to ensure operational efficiency and full regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the formulation and rollout of innovative human resources initiatives.
  • Manage local HR projects and organizational transformation programs, with a core focus on promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Provide professional guidance to management teams on policy execution and manpower management.
  • Respond to employee concerns and issues in a timely manner, and build sound employee relations.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local regulatory requirements and maintain professional integrity.
  • Administer daily office affairs and facility maintenance for the Singapore office.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
  • In-depth and proficient knowledge of Singapore labor laws and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication proficiency in English, Chinese and/or other local languages.
