Job Summary

Join our regional HR team in Singapore to support business operations across multiple regions. You will partner with leaders on HR matters, drive talent acquisition, and contribute to organization development in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with occasional travel to Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and regional stakeholders to address HR needs and deliver effective HR solutions
  • Execute full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR operations to support business goals
  • Lead and support talent acquisition activities to fulfill regional hiring requirements efficiently
  • Participate in organization development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance workforce capability and culture
  • Implement and improve HR policies, processes, and systems to optimize HR service delivery
  • Coordinate and support regional HR projects and cross-country initiatives to ensure alignment and successful execution
  • Travel to Africa as required to provide on-site HR business support

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to full-spectrum HR or strong focus on Recruitment or Organization Development
  • Experience working in multinational corporations or large-scale organizations
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build effective working relationships
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese to communicate with diverse parties
  • Adaptable, hands-on, and able to work independently in a dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel overseas, including Africa, as needed
