What You'll Do:
- Partner with leaders to deliver people solutions that drive operational performance and employee engagement.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and technical roles-sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance issues, and team development.
- Support organizational changes, talent reviews, and workforce planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour regulations, and internal procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years HR generalist or HRBP experience manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
- Solid experience in talent acquisition and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HR operations.
- Agile mindset with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
