- Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
- Partner with school leaders and staff on HR matters, ensuring a supportive and inclusive workplace.
- Manage HR administration such as contracts, records, work passes, leave tracking, and renewals.
- Coordinate staff training, engagement activities, and welfare programs.
- Support expatriate staff with relocation, housing, visas, and cultural adaptation.
- Participate in audits, policy reviews, and HR projects.
