Position Overview

. We are looking for quick thinking, innovative, motivated Recruitment Consultant with demonstrated technical agility to work with our team to help evolve, maintain, troubleshoot and support our recruitment and platform users.

. The selected candidate will develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to hire top talent in a highly competitive talent market.

What You'll Do

. Lead full cycle recruitment processes and managing the candidate experience from end to end.

. Interview and assess potential candidates on their personality fit, culture fit and abilities.

. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives

. Manage the applicant flow, promote employee referrals, and use your creativity to effectively position our brand to attract talents.

. Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including social media and LinkedIn

. Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations

. Improve and guide new hires through the on-boarding program

. Organize company events and participate in campus outreach

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min. Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
• Strong interest in marketing and/or business development
• Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
• Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
