You will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of human resources and rewards programs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing employment-related matters such ashiring, onboarding, contract administration, terminations, and retirements
- Maintaining accuratepersonnel recordsrelated tobenefits, compensation, leave management, and retirement
- Compiling and submittingstatistical reportsfor internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies
- Administering and implementingcompensation and benefitsprograms in line with company policies
- Overseeing and managing relationships withHR outsourcing vendors
- Handlingend-to-end payroll processingand ensuring timely submission of government-related taxes and statutory contributions in compliance with relevant regulations
- Coordinating therecruitment and selection process, including interviewing candidates, preparing salary proposals, and issuing job offers
- Managingwork pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, maintaining employee personnel files, and updating theHR information system
- Conductingnew hire orientation sessionsto ensure smooth onboarding
- Administeringemployee benefits and claims, such as insurance, medical claims, health screenings, and pre-employment medical checks; managing the company leave system
- Handlingtraining administration, including maintainingtraining and ISO training records, as well as managingSDF and company-sponsored course claims
- Building strong relationships with line managers and business units to ensureeffective HR service delivery
- Acting as anHR advisor, providing guidance to managers and employees on company policies and employment legislation
- Preparing regularmanpower reports and HR analyticsfor management review
- Leadingbriefings and training sessionsfor employees and stakeholders
- Performingother HR-related dutiesas assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a HR generalist/specialist
- Proficent in Microsoft Office application, particularly in Excel
